Minerals - Raglan Operational Update June 2026

First Class Metals - Issue of Equity & TVR

✅ The Convertible Loan Note announced on 30 Jan 2026 has been fully converted and satisfied in its entirety. Accordingly, the Company has no outstanding CLN debt or other borrowings

URU Metals LTD - Ground Survey Refine Additional Zeb Nickel Targets

- Target 2 remains prospective, but is now considered a secondary follow-up target behind Target 1.

- Independent magnetic bodies are present in both the northern and southern Target 2 areas.
