So whether it's finding a way to share your knowledge & experience online, designing a poster for an event or migrating hundreds of clients between CRM platforms and organising your email inbox, I am the perfect person to ease some of the pressure you're putting on yourself to "do it all." Let me take on some of those tasks you find most challenging or time consuming, or that you just can't stand doing, so you can spend more time on whatever it is you love to do.

Off-Campus confession time. I know, I know, I'm a bit late to the party, but I am completely obsessed.

I have just started watching 'Off Campus' and it is giving me ultimate nostalgic '10 Things I Hate About You' energy. It has that total late 90s and 00s rom com, comfort-watch feel. Even the soundtrack is absolutely spot on.

But here is the best part, and why I am loving it so much. It takes all those classic, cheesy tropes we grew up with, but it completely flips the script for the modern world.

Instead of the usual toxicity, it actually champions female agency and genuine consent. The masculinity is refreshing and non-toxic, the characters actually communicate, and it handles really heavy, difficult subjects like trauma and abuse with so much sensitivity. It is everything I loved about old-school rom-coms (I'm not ashamed to admit it), just updated with the emotional intelligence we actually want to see on screen today.

(Plus, let's be entirely honest, the cast is absolute eye candy, which definitely helps. Garret is giving major Heath Ledger, Patrick Verona vibes and I am 100% here for it.)

Consider this my official recommendation if you need something brilliant to unwind with this week.

Has anyone else watched it yet? Let me know your thoughts in the comments, but please keep it spoiler-free!

Tash and I went to see Hang Massive this weekend, and the music was just incredible. But looking back on the night, my favourite part of the whole experience was actually the decision we made before the music even started.

We decided not to rush! I picked Tash up just after I finished work, and she had literally just walked out of her daughter's sixth birthday party. Anyone who has ever survived a kids' party knows exactly how intense that environment is!

Between my post-work brain and her post-party energy, our nervous systems were running a little high, to say the least. It took us a minute to settle down and decompress!

Instead of sprinting from the car straight into the venue queue, we headed to Bristol early enough to get dinner and a cocktail first. It gave us the perfect, slow, beautiful transition into the evening. It allowed us to actually breathe, catch up, and arrive fully in the moment before heading to Lost Horizon for the show.

When you run your own business, it is incredibly hard to turn the noise off. We are so used to being 'on' the whole time that we sometimes forget how to just be.

I look at a lot of DIY websites, and whilst I am always so impressed by the creativity of female founders, there are a handful of tiny details that always make me want to roll up my sleeves and dive into the backend to fix them!

Website tech can feel incredibly heavy when you just want to focus on your passion, so here are five incredibly easy fixes you can do yourself in under ten minutes:

1. Stop playing hard to get with your location
If your business depends on geography, put your location right in the main header. Don't hide it halfway down your about page. Include something simple like "Bristol Holistic Therapist" or "Yin Yoga in Aberdeen" and let people know they are in the right place straight away.

2. Spoon-feed your visitors
We all have busy brains, and when we visit a website, we don't want to work hard to find information. If your header has a beautiful image but no button, visitors will leave. Tell them what to do. "Book a Session" or "View Packages" works perfectly.

3. The mobile view is the real view
Please check your mobile layout. It is so easy for spacing to go a bit wild on a phone screen, text to overlap, or images to stack strangely. Most people these days will be viewing on mobile, so if that version feels chaotic, your whole business feels a bit chaotic.

4. Please don't make us squint
White text on a pale beige background or a bright sunny sky is a classic design trap. If it is even slightly hard to read, add a subtle dark tint to the image or change the font colour!

5. Avoid the dreaded dead end
When someone scrolls to the absolute bottom of your page, they like what you are saying. Don't just leave them hanging in mid-air. Give them a button to take the next step, whether that is booking a class, getting in touch, or reading your about page, to keep the momentum going.

If your website still feels a bit clunky after trying these, remember you don't have to battle the tech alone.

I live for this stuff!

Drop me a line and let's get your website feeling like the beautiful, supportive tool it is meant to be.

When you run a wellness business, spending hours tied to Instagram can feel completely at odds with your values.

Tash is the first to admit that if she could choose to avoid social media altogether, she would! But since it is part and parcel of running a business, she knows the power of having the right support.

I know the biggest fear when it comes to outsourcing your content: “Will it still sound like me?”

But we completely bypassed that fear: I used Tash’s own voice and her own words!

This wasn’t about creating a fake persona. Tash had already written a beautiful, heartfelt newsletter to her subscribers ahead of the trip. That email was our raw ingredient.

While she packed her bags, I took that single newsletter, extracted her core themes, and turned them into 5 highly engaging, story-driven grid posts. Her only homework? A quick list of 4 everyday photos to snap while she was away.

The result? Tash completely disconnected and stayed entirely present for the wedding and made the most of her time in Nevada.

Meanwhile, her grid gained over 4,700 views and a wave of warm, loving engagement. No stressful captions written on the fly at the airport and no ghosting her community.

"I LOVE this Siân, it's a really great framework to use going forward for future travels - it actually made the process of posting on social media more fun and engaging for me - something that usually feels like work or an effort became playful and effortless."

I was recently updating a website for a client when she mentioned she was desperate for a new headshot. She wanted something fresh and professional to match her new site, but whilst I recommended a professional branding shoot, it just wasn't in the budget right now.

It reminded me of my time working on photoshoots as a makeup artist. I’ve spent years seeing exactly what happens behind the lens to make a shot work, and I knew she didn't need to stretch to a studio and a photographer to capture her magic. She just needed a few tips to make the process feel lighter.

I used my past experience working with professional photographers to put together a set of simple, stress-free tips to help her take her own portraits at home.

If the digital world feels at odds with your passion, I’ve got your back. I want to help you build a sustainable, authentic presence that aligns with your values - starting with photos that actually feel like you.

Capturing Your Magic: A Simple Guide to Self-Portraits

It’s a PDF filled with all the tips I shared with my client to help her reclaim her confidence in front of the lens.

Comment "MAGIC" below and I’ll email it over to you!

Oh the glamour of being a founder, right?

No one really talks about this part of running a small business, where you are every single department and somehow still chasing yourself for a deadline!
