Great to be in Birmingham last week for two really positive meetings – our New Leaders Meeting and a Quality Focus Meeting.

The New Leaders session was a great chance to connect, share experiences and support those stepping into leadership roles, whilst our Quality Focus Meeting gave us time to reflect on standards, share good practice and look at how we keep improving.

Thanks to everyone who contributed to the discussions. Lots of useful conversations and ideas to take forward.
