THIS SUNDAY I've got a few spots left on my Introduction To Bookbinding workshop taking place in my studio at Art studios in Bristol 🌍

It's a great starting point for anyone looking to have a go at bookbinding, you'll learn two main binding techniques and a host of zine making skills too, plus you'll leave with a brace of your own hand made notebooks!

All set up and ready to go for the Spike Print Fair!

I've got a bunch of new prints and bits on show for the first time, plus there are a whole host of amazing printmakers showing here too.

It's the preview this evening from 6-9pm (free to all) and it's open all weekend 10am - 5pm.

Come on down for some of the best print in town!

I've been busily cranking out some new work (in the sweltering heat!) especially for the show, fingers crossed I'll get it all framed in time too!

Some great results from the first Introduction to Bookbinding course I've run in my studio. Zines a-plenty, pamphlets and stab-bound books were all beautifully created by a group who were totally new to bookbinding.

I'll soon be releasing dates for more Intro to Bookbinding and Intro to Letterpress workshops in August and September, as all the remaining sessions for July are fully booked. Head over to the main website to join my mailing list and you'll get early notification on the dates.

Finally got round to posting my Haul Of Awesome Things that I picked up at last weekend. It was a sweltering but incredible event which I managed to spend several hours wandering around and chatting to people, needing out about books and type.

First Aid zine from .philippa and .tamar
Awesome booklet on collecting from (after spotting her amazing hand-made fluffy bugs and with whom I got a bit carried away with discussing the novel ways we'd improve football)
And one of ever growing collection of badge packs.

Oh and I managed to grab an issue of that I wasissing too, but was too large to fit in the pic!

Such a great fair and lovely to meet new people and chat with fellow printers too. Looking forward to BABE 2028
