The Content Emporium We are a digital marketing agency based in Bristol. Social | web | email | design | photography Our clients seem to be pretty pleased with the results, too.

We've worked with both very large and very small companies, helping them to get their marketing messages to their customers through branded magazines, web content, e-newsletters and social media. We decided to call ourselves The Content Emporium because, like a traditional emporium, we're a relatively small business and you get a bespoke service from us. We'll work closely with you to achieve your marketing goals, whether you want more customers, need to reinvent your brand or simply don't have enough time to communicate your messages in the way you'd like. The agency is led by Charlotte Laing, a former magazine editor who began taking on freelance clients in 2009. Since then the client list has snowballed and the offices have got bigger but the ethos remains the same as it was at the beginning - a personal, friendly yet professional approach to customer publishing, with creativity at the heart of everything produced.

Wholesome content ftw.

When we spotted 86-year-old Judith saying her one wish was to go on a shopping spree, we knew something gorgeous could come from it.

Enter Bailey Greetham Clark (see the video on his profile), our client and the lovely team at Niclas Öhman, who made Judith’s wish a reality White Rose Shopping Centre 🛍️💖

And 2+million views later, it’s safe to say the internet absolutely LOVED it.

Proof that sometimes, amongst all the doomscrolling, people just want to see something genuinely lovely.

This is the kind of news we love to receive (and share with our clients). The Content Emporium has been shortlisted for the 2026 International Content Marketing Awards in both the Best Use of Social Media and Best Content Team categories, for our work with Landsec 🎉

The Best Use of Social Media entry focuses on building hype around new openings like Sephora, and we're up against the likes of Volvo and McDonalds. The Best Content Team entry focuses on our whole integrated agency team delivering social, CRM and web content at scale for Landsec, and we're up against some huge international agencies, including Dentsu Creative.

This year's awards ceremony will take place on online in November 2026, so we're planning a little team awards night viewing party! 🥂

Thank you The Content Marketing Association

What a dream campaign to work on! Mr. Worldwide came to Cardiff and Leeds... so naturally, we got to work. Very, very serious work.

To celebrate Pitbull's UK tour, we worked with our clients Landsec to turn St David's Cardiff and Trinity Leeds into part of the experience with a unique social-first campaign.

Featuring a Pitbull lookalike (allegedly 🤫) we crafted 'spotted' moments around the centre, involved staff in UGC and played a Yorkshire themed "This or That". On gig day in Cardiff we took things a step further with a Bald-E flash mob and free bald caps for everyone! The activity resulted in:

📈 2,412,541 combined reach
🔁 29,495 combined shares
📈 2,373 new followers (and counting)

Can't stop watching these strangely mesmerising time lapse videos created by our photography team for our client .

And we're obsessed with these two friends who spent the whole day sitting in the sun having a yap. Bliss.

has entered the chat. Our newest client as part of the portfolio has won our hearts.

It boasts approx 22 million visitors a year (yep, it’s ginormous), but what we’ve noticed the most isn’t the scale, but the incredible warmth and energy that surrounds the place.

That’s exactly what we’re here to capture on social and it is So. Much. Fun. Swipe for the receipts ➡️
