🏃Runner Spotlight: Darren – 10K

The countdown is almost over! This weekend, Darren takes on the Great Bristol Run 10K as part of our fundraising effort for Su***de Prevention UK 💙

“With less than 2 days to go I can feel the excitement and anticipation building. Training hasn't been as consistent as I hoped it might be, but I will be running with my twin brother Jason this time so it is sure to be more competitive regardless.”

Why are we doing this? Because opening up isn’t always easy. Su***de Prevention UK help create safe spaces for people to talk, access support, and know they’re not alone. We hope our fundraising helps more of those conversations happen when they’re needed most.

If you’re around on race day, we hope to see some friendly faces cheering at the finish line 🙌

🏃‍♂️ Spotlight: Bilal – Half Marathon

This Sunday, 10th May, our team will be taking on the Great Bristol Run to raise funds for Su***de Prevention UK 💙 supporting their incredible work in crisis intervention, su***de prevention and mental health awareness.

Bilal has been putting in some serious training miles ahead of race day, including some of his highest weekly mileage to date. After a gait analysis and some new running shoes, he’s now aiming for a 1h 50 half marathon depending on conditions on the day.

Thank you to everyone who has supported so far — it really means a lot!

As part of our team taking on the Great Bristol Run on 10th May, we’re raising funds for ***dePreventionSPUK supporting their vital work in mental health awareness and life-saving intervention. 💙

“The Great Bristol Run is on the horizon now and so getting ready for the big day is vital. On Sunday, I ran the Newport 10k… it turned out better than expected and gave me a real boost ahead of Bristol.”

WE DID IT!!! 🎉 Amazing efforts were made during July and collectively we moved 1978.35km and raised £1580 for the Alfie Nick Foundation! We are not stopping though so keep your eyes peeled for more events! Congrats to the whole team! And special congrats to KP who is our mover of the month who moved over 400km! 🥳👏🏼👏🏼
