Another year event organising this fabulous event. It's a privilege to get involved with something so close to our own home. A 3rd year of success and community spirit The sun shone the atmosphere was incredible. Thank you for involving us for another year 😊🌞Here's to 2026 Let's get planning 👌🎉

We had an amazing turnout for our third Viaduct Run - Ras Draphont yesterday! ✨

Thank you to all of our volunteers, stewards and race marshals for your hard work. We'd also like to thank Swffryd community centre & their amazing volunteers, Gemma & the team at Hafodyrynys RFC and Sofrydd Primary School - especially Mrs H and the school staff & governors who supported this event 🤩

Thanks as well to else everyone who helped make this event happen, including Blaenau Gwent CBC, Caerphilly County Borough Council, our race referee Emma, Quantum Traffic Management, Melanie and Leslie from the Swffryd Past and Present page, ASDA Brynmawr & their Community Champion Sam, The Eden Centre - Blaenau Gwent, Andrew Boulton, Ffrindiau Tyleri, Mark Escot, Off The Streets, the medics from Life Support, Memories-and More, Face Painting By Jade, A1 Jump & Bounce Ltd - Bouncy Castle & Entertainment Hire and to our photographers – Laura, Alisha and Sam 🏃‍♂️

Everyone wants to save a penny or four so it's always tempting if you think you can save money, scammers always try the easy route to catch us out.

It may be obvious but it only takes a minute of not thinking to catch you off guard.

A huge pleasure to be a part of the organising of this yesterday.
The first Viaduct 5k and fun run, for Soffrydd Prinary School and local community.
It was extremely well attended and all who came, supported and participated had a great time.
Here's to next year's race 💪🏃🏃‍♀️

Looking to join in with a local family fun run this summer ? 🏃‍♀️🏃🏃🏃‍♀️
To raise money for Swffryd Primary School a fun run and 5km run has been organised for July 9th.
Run the family road run for free (under 18s must be accompanied by an adult )....or join in the 5km run that takes you along the old viaduct and train track.
Let's get together, run together and have fun together.
Let this be the start of something annual !!
