Darren and Grace recently headed to the HQ of National Express to deliver a half-day ‘crisis communications’ course to three of the organisation’s most senior managers.
All our media training courses are bespoke, so we work hard in the discovery and prep stages to ensure that the scenarios we devise and the interviews we carry out are directly relevant to each client, and relevant to the people we are putting in front of the camera.
You know the training is going well when the candidates ask lots of questions and raise a number of points and then, at the end, when you say, “if you only take away one thing from today remember this…” and the delegates then remind you of several other things you’ve told them during the day, which shows the message was received and understood!
