Job Description

A few exciting opportunities have arisen to join our team in the warehouse of our busy, online T-Shirt and printed merchandise company. You will assist us with the picking, printing, packing and shipping of printed garments.

This is a very fast-paced role and would suit someone with a natural sense of urgency.

We are a small company with a small number of staff. Reliability is of the utmost importance. No shows to interviews or offered work can be a major setback at a time when scheduling and deadlines are tight. Please do not apply if you are not genuinely interested.

This is a temp role that may lead to a permanent for the right people.

Shifts:

5 days from 7 and will usually include a weekend day.

Current shifts are 8:00 - 16:30. However closer to Christmas that will change to either 6:00 - 14:30 or 14:00 to 22:30

Pre-Requisites

· You must be available to start immediately.

· You must be reliable and hardworking.

· You MUST be available to interview/start as needed, (immediately if required)

· You must be prepared to do an online interview (Skype/FaceTime/Zoom etc)

· You must be able to get to Kingswood in Bristol easily (ie drive/walk/direct bus)

· This is a 5 days from 7 job so you must be available weekends and shift pattens as needed

· You must adhere to all current COVID-19 guidelines

· You will be required to work a (paid) trial shift

Role

You will use your organisation, dedication and enthusiasm to help maintain the warehouse’s high standards and efficiency.

Full training will be given and duties will include:

Printing garments using the latest machinery and techniques
Ensuring all items are picked and packed in a timely and cost-effective manner
Cleaning, tidying and organisation of the warehouse on a regular basis
Assessing how items should be dispatched (i.e. Royal Mail/ courier) dependant on value/destination.
Checking stock levels
This role will require weekend work
You will also be required to assist other departments with various tasks as the business requires

Essential skills

Energetic, fast-paced work rate
Ability to keep to tight deadlines
Good numeracy and literacy
Able to work to high levels of accuracy
Good communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
