One of the highlights of the Bristol calendar, the Bristol International Balloon Fiesta, did not disappoint this weekend.

Congratulations to the organisers for another fab event, it was well worth the 4.30am start!

Great to see Simbaloo the Longleat lion and Adelaide the koala in action along with so many spectacular balloons ❤️

We’ve had a lovely few days in the Netherlands, one of the highlights of which was visiting Wassenaar Warriors for their celebration of 50 years of rugby playing and coaching. Great to see the brand and kit we created for them looking so good!!

Happy birthday to Sir David Attenborough!

Today the nation celebrates the remarkable Sir David Attenborough on his 100th birthday. A true inspiration to generations, his passion for the natural world continues to shape how we see, understand, and care for our planet.

In his honour, let’s all take a moment this weekend to step outside, explore nature, and appreciate the incredible world around us.

Underdogs won three awards at the 2026 Royal Television Society West of England awards:

👉 Natural History - Award for excellence in the production of a Natural History series
👉 Editing - Award for best editing (all genres)
👉 VFX and Digital Creativity - Award for professional excellence in the field of visual effects and digital innovation (all genres)

Brond are delighted to have played a small part in a larger team of graphics contributors to the production. Congratulations to Moonraker VFX, Bandito VFX and in particular to Wildstar Films on such an incredible production.

This weekend Old Bristolians RFC minis and juniors were off on tour in Torquay.

Players from U5s through to U15s, boys and girls teams, all joined together in a joint tour. By all accounts a great deal of fun was had!
