She is already making serious noise, 13 sales in a week on RT and hitting both her daily and weekly PB.

What makes this even better… Katie only finished her A-levels last year (History, Economics, Maths), spent time working in cafés and volunteering in Year 12 as a BA for Children’s Hospice South West, so she came in with zero real sales experience.

She joined RedSeven because of the people.

Loved the culture she saw, loved the energy of the team, and wanted to be part of it, simple as that.

And she’s already proving she belongs here.

Great day out for Cam visiting the Appco Group office.

Opportunities like this are always valuable, giving our team the chance to step outside the day-to-day environment and connect with others across the wider industry. It was a fantastic day of networking with some of the best in the business, sharing ideas, experiences, and insights that help everyone continue to grow.

Being able to learn from people within the industry is something we really value at RedSeven Marketing. Hearing different perspectives, discussing strategies, and exchanging knowledge all contribute to developing stronger skills and a bigger vision moving forward.

Celebrating Lewis’ first anniversary with the business honestly feels like celebrating a turning point for the team. In just 12 months, he’s changed the game in event bookings — raising the bar, setting new standards, and delivering results through pure drive and relentless ex*****on.

Advancing to Senior Team Leader, a massive step up and so well deserved!

Rob says it best: Cam has consistently broken comfort zones, showing confidence, resilience, and character while earning every bit of his success. This promotion is huge; the senior team leader role is all about driving results through others, and Cam has proven he can do exactly that.

Olivia (Liv) Williams has absolutely smashed the start of the year at RedSeven Marketing. From the very first day back in the office, it was full focus, total commitment, and zero easing in. She made a decision to set the standard early, and she’s done exactly that.

From hitting PB 20 in an office week to 7 in a single day on RT, Liv has shown consistent high performance week in, week out. Her growth hasn’t been luck, it’s been persistence, daily habits, and applying herself relentlessly.

Coming from the beauty industry with a science degree, Liv had to unlearn being headstrong and shift her focus from chasing results to mastering the skill set. Once that clicked, everything changed, and she’s been unstoppable ever since.
