🚿 Have you recently replaced your electric shower, or been looking into getting a new one?

We are looking for people to take part in a paid market research study about electric showers and their design.

If selected, you will be asked to:
✅ Take part in a 40-minute Zoom interview with a researcher
✅ Provide a few photos of your current electric shower
✅ Complete a short video review as part of the research

As a thank you for your time, participants who complete the study will receive £80 paid by Bacs transfer

There is no selling involved, we simply want to understand your experiences and opinions.

We are supporting a study by the University of Bristol exploring how people manage their finances during unexpected life events (e.g. job loss, falling ill, relationships)

For this stage of the research, we would especially like to hear from younger people who have had experience.

💻⏰ The interview would be one-to-one online lasting around 45 minutes. The interview will be carried out by researchers from University of Bristol.

As part of this mystery shopping research, you’ll have two in-home appointments with a Financial Adviser and share your feedback on the experience.

👉 What’s involved
• Two in-home appointments (around 1.5 hours each)
• Record your experience using supplied equipment
• Complete short online forms about your visit
• Be available during normal working hours (9am–5pm)

💰 You’ll receive £225 after completing both appointments and returning all materials.

There’s no obligation to purchase or sign up for any financial products – we’re simply interested in your feedback on the service.

All research is carried out in accordance with the Market Research Society’s professional code of practice. Your data will be handled in strict compliance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) legislation.
