How my client went from posting every day for two months with little interest, to posting a few times a week with more engagement.

My client, a natural dog treat business owner, came to me after posting consistently for two months with little interest. She’d stepped away from social media for a while personally, and naturally felt disconnected from it, and wasn’t sure how to move forward with promoting her business online.

Rather than jumping straight into content ideas, we went back to the foundations.

I worked with her to gain a deeper understanding of her business, the challenges she was facing, her priorities for social media, her ideal customer, her positioning in the market, and her competitors.

From there, I identified several opportunities.

Reels weren’t being utilised to reach new people, despite being one of the best ways to reach new audiences. There was also a real opportunity to put her at the heart of the brand by sharing why she started the business and using her knowledge of natural treats to educate pet owners, build trust, and help people make more informed choices for their dogs.

Through my research during the audit, I found there was a huge opportunity on TikTok. Not only did the platform have a dedicated shop feature that suited her products, but natural dog treats were already performing incredibly well there.

Using all of this, I created a tailored social media strategy for her to implement.

Within just one week of the strategy document landing in her inbox, she’d launched on TikTok and was already receiving orders. 🥳

If you’re posting and seeing little interest, I’d love to see how I could help you. Comment ‘CHAT’ and I will be in touch. ✨

If you’re posting on social media all the time but barely getting any enquiries... this is for you.

Or maybe you’ve got a decent amount of followers but they’re not turning into customers. Or maybe you have no idea what to post anymore, or just want professional guidance without paying for monthly social media management.

That’s exactly why I created my Social Media Power Hour.✨

In just 60 minutes, we’ll dive into your social media, answer your biggest questions, and create a clear plan so you know exactly what to do next.

Before we even meet, I’ll carry out a mini audit of your accounts, then during our session we’ll go through what’s working and what’s holding you back. After, I’ll review up to three pieces of content, and you’ll have a simple action plan with your top three next steps, so you can start improving your social media straight away.

Here’s exactly what’s included:
✨ 60 minute virtual 1-1 or in person session
✨ A mini audit of your social media before we meet
✨ Feedback on up to 3 pieces of content
✨ Answers to your biggest social media questions
✨ Personalised recommendations tailored to your business
✨ A simple action plan with your top 3 next steps

To celebrate the launch, I’m offering the first three sessions for just £49.

After those have gone, the investment is £79.

I’m only opening three launch spaces because I want to give each business my full attention.

So if you’ve been waiting for a sign to finally get your social media sorted... this is it.

Send me a message with “POWER HOUR” and let’s get you booked in. ✅

If I was the social media manager for Five Valleys Shopping Centre, here’s what I’d post…

1. The “£25 at Five Valleys Challenge”.
Give someone £25 and see how much they can get from businesses across the shopping centre. It’s a simple concept that’s highly repeatable and naturally showcases multiple independent businesses in one video.

2. “The matcha that’ll be mentioned 467 times in your group chat this summer.”
It’s seasonal, relatable, and taps into the type of content people actually share with their friends.

But the biggest opportunity I’d focus on?
Showing people that Five Valleys isn’t just somewhere to shop. It’s somewhere to spend the day. Coffee, lunch, independent shops, beauty, fitness, events... there’s so much more to experience than people realise.

If you think I should be their next social media manager, tag Five Valleys Shopping Centre in the comments. ✨

With competition getting stronger every day, it’s more important than ever to understand what makes your business stand out.

Knowing your unique selling points (USPs) is the difference between having a brand that blends in with the competition and one that’s remembered for all the right reasons.

To figure out your USPs, ask yourself:
✨ Why should someone choose you over a competitor?
✨ What do you offer that’s unique to your business?
✨ What aren’t your competitors doing, and what opportunity does that create for you?

Knowing the answers to these questions will help you understand exactly what to shout about, making it much easier to stand out amongst your competitors.

This is one of the very first things I work through with my clients. Before we even think about content ideas, we get clear on what makes their business different, so those unique selling points are naturally woven through everything they post.
