The Waters Edge development in Falmouth has been honoured with the prestigious International Property Award after having endured a rigorous evaluation process, judged by a panel of over 80 industry experts.

Here at Archilime, we have worked together with Lifestyle Homes and Developments to create development branding, a brochure, Exterior CGIs, Interior CGIs and a location film including this award winning property awards brochure.

In collaboration with Harrington Homes, we proudly present our second phase of comprehensive digital marketing package tailored for the stunning Carbis Bay housing development in Cornwall. In Phase 2 of this project, we made sure continuity was at the heart of it. Continuity in design not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also streamlines the buyer's journey, making information easily digestible and visually compelling.

Our frequent collaboration with Harrington Homes has allowed us to amass a treasure trove of key assets, including house-type models and design materials.

Another new project for 2024!

Embarking on the Glebe House Cottages project without a physical space to tour, potential clients had to be captivated by the promise of what was to come, a challenge that demanded a creative and technical solution. Our approach was one of close collaboration and innovation. We needed to bring the future venue to life, to allow people to see its beauty and potential, even before the first stone was laid.

The process was intricate, requiring a deep understanding of architectural plans and a vision for their translation into three-dimensional space. Our solution? A collaboration that brought their vision to life through detailed interior and exterior CGI, before construction was even complete.

Going back in time to Harbour Beach Club!

In 2021 we generated a series of interior CGI's, created in collaboration with the interior designer, was meticulously crafted to ensure they exuded the necessary impact for successful hotel room marketing.

We used our expertise in design, visualisation and marketing to create compelling marketing materials for property developers to sell their off-plan properties. We worked closely with the client to create bespoke marketing campaigns that met their specific needs.

Introducing our 2nd new project of 2024!

In collaboration with In Ex Design , we were tasked with creating bespoke visuals for a family home within a historic walled garden close to the River Exe in East Devon.

he new building needed to provide flexible living spaces, with open plan areas that can be accessed to and from the garden. There is also a large covered terrace which gives additional space to relax and provides shade for the glazing

A key element of the design brief was to revive the walled garden in a way that is suitable for modern life. So at Archilime Collective, we use our expertise in design and visualisation to create these compelling pieces for the client.
