👉🏼 Remove hashtags from your bio, they do nothing sitting there

👉🏼 Check your highlights to see if they’re being utilised properly for your business, updated regularly andddd on brand 👀

👉🏼 Look at your call to action…are you handing what you want your ideal people to do on a plate?!

Soooo many business owners overlook their profile and how that can fully utilise it. Orrrrrrr they set it up and forget about all these little micro parts of their ‘gram for months and months.

I work 12+ hours most weekdays, so saving time on Instagram is NON-NEGOTIABLE. 💁🏼‍♀️

I used to make content wayyyyy harder than it needed to be… because honestly, I’m a silly goose 🐥 and thought I had to reinvest the wheel everytime.

But with multiple client accounts to manage and juggling my own, I found keeping things simple and easy for myself was KEY if I wanted to show up without exhausting myself. I think you’ll like these lil tricks too 👀

Here’s how I stay sane and actually enjoy content creation, using 3 super easy Instagram hacks:

1️⃣ Brand Colors at the Ready – I keep all my brand colors in a dedicated folder. No more endless scrolling through 40,000 photos (I have zero shame that 10,000 + are my dog 🐶). Now I can drag-and-drop into stories and reels in seconds.

2️⃣ Story Bank Magic!!! Some days my brain refuses to brain 🤯. Having an ongoing story bank means I can pull ideas anytime and never stress about “what to post.”

3️⃣ B-Roll Library. My footage goes into a dedicated folder on my phone. When I’m ready to create, it’s all there: fast, easy, and keeps my content polished.

✨ These 3 simple systems save me so much valuable time every week, keep my content consistent, and make Instagram actually fun instead of stressful and like a big old chore!

“What time should I be posting on Instagram?!” 👀

It’s one of my most asked questions!

Honestly, Instagram doesn’t care what time you post! 🤷‍♀️

Buttttt my suggestion is to look at when your audience are MOST ACTIVE and likely to be online.

This way, you have a higher chance of your content being seen my followers and non follower which = higher engagement which then = your content being pushed out to more people. 🤩

Your 👏🏻 hook 👏🏻 is 👏🏻 the 👏🏻 most 👏🏻 important 👏🏻 part 👏🏻 of 👏🏻 your 👏🏻 content!

It’s the first thing people see and it’s the thing that gives people the split second decision between investing their time into your content ORRRRR scrolling’ on past.

One of my main tips for a scroll stopping hook is to make it INTRUIGING, make people think wow I need to know what happens next OR what they’ve got to say…spark the curiosity 🤩

Make sure you click save so you never loose these…or run out of hook ideas 🤪

Bonus points if you reply to their answers and get those conversations going!

Tuesday
Time for a re-intro 👋
Remind people who you are, what you do, and how you help. Share your services or products using a face-to-camera story or simple text over photos …whatever feels easiest.

Wednesday
Share a “Today I’m working on…” moment ✍️
Post your to-do list or highlight the main project taking up your day.

Then use an engagement sticker to ask your audience what they’re working on today.

Thursday
January offers, let’s go 🚀

What service or product are you focusing on this month? Share it via talking-to-camera or text over photos to get it in front of your audience.

FriYAY! 🎉
End the week on a high with some engagement!
Ask your audience how their week’s been using a poll, and share a few wins or highlights from your own week.

I went basically silent for 15 months 👻

No, my business didn’t burn down.
Yes, I am very much still here! 👋🏻

I just took a sweet lil (long) break from my own socials because honestly? I was overwhelmed and fed up of all the noise.

Imposter syndrome became a very convincing little gremlin so hitting pause was the right thing to do. And gosh I am so glad I did!🥰

I’ve still been serving my beautiful, wonderful clients. So, I’ve still very much been inside the world of Instagram!

We’re back, doing things my way…simple, positive and actually FUN again!

Instagram can be overwhelming, noisy and so confusing. But it doesn’t have to be. And I’m here to help you!🤍
