It’s International ! Our Founder .rose was invited to a Polar Bears International meet-and-greet event this week to better understand what’s really happening in the Arctic.

Huge thanks to Arctic advocate & Expedition Leader .falun.strom and to Krista Wright and Janette F. May from Polar Bears International for such passion in educating us. And a treat also to spend time with our agency friend and polar adventurer, Sue Stockdale.

Why does this matter to us as a PR agency? We’ve long supported organisations raising awareness of endangered species and fragile environments. If we’re going to tell these stories well, we need to understand the reality behind them, not just the headlines. 🐻‍❄️

Last night, we attended the networking event focused on ethics in business and one thing really stuck with us.

In the UK alone, billions worth of unused or old tech sits in homes and businesses, slowly becoming electric waste.

We heard from , who shared a simple but powerful message: don’t throw it away, give it a second life.

As a small business, we do what we can… from refurbished laptops and proper recycling (yes, we even flat pack before it hits the bin) to hybrid working, car sharing, and supporting local suppliers.

This talk pushed us to do more. Our next step? Donating old tech responsibly and continuing to build sustainability into how we work, not just how we talk.

Small steps still count. And they add up. 🌍
