The new Texa app is live on the App Store and Google Play! 📲

Developed by our in-house team, this project gave us the opportunity to build on our digital expertise, and support our client’s brand in a competitive space.

It’s National Apprenticeship Week and we’re celebrating our very own Megan Mayor.

Megan joined us 8 months ago as a Degree Marketing Apprentice, and she’s making fantastic progress with her studies and career. From diving into strategy to executing creative campaigns, she’s become a vital part of the D&M family.

Last night we attended the Burnley College Themis Inspire and Achieve Awards, celebrating talent across Burnley and Lancashire. 🏆🙌

As a local business, it was great for us to be involved in an event that supports the next generation of professionals.

We were proud to sponsor the Business and Professional Services Award and enjoyed seeing the hard work of the apprentices recognised on the night.

Megan and Dom represented D&M and were impressed by the talent on show, along with the support from employers, educators and peers.

Events like this highlight why apprenticeships and professional development matter to us at D&M. Thanks to Themis for having us and we look forward to continuing to support the next generation in Burnley!

This week, Megan and Dom from our social team visited a salon in Preston to capture photo and video content for one of our clients, REM UK ✂️📸

It was great to see first-hand the amazing work the team at REM do and to help create authentic, real-life content for their social media channels and website case studies.

What a great way to wrap up the year 🎄✨

Yesterday our D&M team came together for a Jacobs Join and Secret Santa to celebrate a fantastic year. Plenty of fun, laughter, and delicious food prepared by the team!

We’re incredibly proud of the team we’ve built and grateful for everyone’s hard work that made this year such a success.

On Sunday, Iain represented D&M Creative at the Thwaites Brewery Hospitality Awards 2025 at the North Lakes Hotel and Spa. 🍻🏆

We were proud to sponsor the National Winner Best Investment Award, which was won by the The Stone Roses Bar York.

Iain said: “It was great to attend and support the annual Thwaites Hospitality Awards for 2025 on Sunday evening at North Lakes Hotel and Spa. A fantastic event with some worthy winners.”
