We’ve got a little catching up to do… but it gives us even more reason to celebrate some truly incredible people across House Digital 💛
So, without further ado, here are our Employee of the Month winners from September through to January 👏
🏆 September – Becky Marchbank
Becky is always smiling, endlessly supportive, and never afraid to go the extra mile, she consistently delivers work to an exceptional standard. Proactive, solutions-focused, and always pushing herself to learn. Becky is a very safe pair of hands and a huge asset to House Digital.

Jordan brings a positive attitude to every workday and takes real pride in producing high-quality content. He’s quick to jump on amends, always focused on delivering for clients, and consistently reliable. His attention to detail and commitment to getting things right make him a key part of the team.

Lily has stepped up brilliantly as an Account Manager, going above and beyond for her clients while always supporting the wider team. Her self-led approach, positive energy, and willingness to help make a real difference, and she brings a great vibe to the office every day.
🏆 December – Julia & Chris
Julia has gone above and beyond her role, calmly juggling multiple projects, tackling challenges head-on, and always focusing on solutions.
Chris, our Head of Projects, consistently delivers under pressure, managing a huge workload against tight deadlines with unmatched expertise and commitment.
🏆 January – Emily
Emily’s positive, collaborative attitude has made a big impact during a busy start to the year. She’s worked incredibly hard supporting link building across multiple clients while managing her own accounts, stepping up as a brilliant team player when it mattered most.
