Does your gym have a clear brand message?
Having a brand message that is clear, precise, and direct is key to attracting the right members, showing them you understand what they need, and making them feel like your gym is a better choice.
Being clear with who you work with, for example, working mums, university students, beginner crossfitters, etc. It can often be enough to bring in enough leads each month as long as there is a marketing plan catered to that audience to go along with it!
