Was very kindly gifted this .uk mushroom stroganoff by so thought, given my 5-9 was just as busy as my 9-5, I'd give it a go as a quick and easy one. Added the veggies but overall I thought this was ok. Tasty enough and obviously mega convenient. Microwave meals will never be my go-to choice, but good to know great vg options for them exist! 🌱💚
