You are sitting on a gift, and not sharing it or letting it flow is just doing you a disservice🙅‍♀️

I get it- social media is a scary place. A long time ago, we picked up messages that it’s not safe to be ourselves, that you need to keep your true personality squashed down to be accepted and to feel safe.

But really, the risks you take in this life, the fullness of your presence and identity, and what make your experience the incredible journey that it is!

Studying psychotherapy alongside running my social media agency is one of the most wonderful paths I could’ve taken, and I’m so grateful to be able to use my skills to help my clients to become their fullest, most authentic and inspiring people ever✨💞

Social media is a mirror.

And the more we can use it as a tool to expand our hearts as well as our purpose-led businesses, the more we realise what an incredible time we’re living in.

Deciding to say “I am ready to release my fear of being seen, of opening myself up to be judged, of sharing my vulnerable passions”

… all because you truly care about helping people find your wonderful offering.

THAT’s powerful.

And your audience is going to see that journey and strength within you.

Ideas come and go… but most are gone forever💨🥲

And as a business owner, YOUR IDEAS ARE YOUR ENERGY SOURCE! They’re your gift!!!

If inspiration pops up, and you think to yourself:
“I’ll save that for the end of the week when I have time”
or
“Let me come back to it when I have more time”
…you’re doing yourself a real disservice.

Truth be told, I have a lot of my best ideas at the gym & sauna- when I’m *away* from my desk.

Sometimes I get such a rush of energy from them, and I RECOGNISE how valuable that is.

So I get home and I enact them right away.

If YOU get ideas for your business, or ideas for your content- give yourself a gift and prioritise that like your livelihood depends on it.

Spiritually- encourage those ‘downloads’ as often as you possibly can✨

Elements of your business, are really elements of YOU.

There’s no hard line between anything!

Especially if you are building your personal brand in 2026 (which really EVERY entrepreneur should be doing), you need to start seeing yourself in everything you do🌅

Equally, if something in your business feels stagnant- ask where YOU need nurturing first.

It’s a beautiful energetic synergy, and you WILL keep taking turns picking each other up when you need it most💗

Throwback to this absolutely picturesque content day for the incredible and at their ‘Flower & Feast’ event at the end of summer💐

Guests were invited to pick their own flowers and make these gorgeous bouquets… learning about sustainable flower farming was a real girl’s dream✨

Afterwards my client Aimee prepared the most incredible dinner- each dish thought out in such an intentional and spiritually aligned manner that I didn’t even know was possible🌅

Capturing events like these (in my humble opinion) are a MUST.

I mean you can’t expect me to believe you’re going to set up all. that. magic. to not even have content for years to come to do it justice?!

To not show through video the beautiful space you hold, and let that pass future clients by?

Not in my books🙅‍♀️

I want you to reconnect with your passion in 2026-
Not worrying HOW it’s going to be perceived
But focusing on what you feel most naturally drawn to share.

And then you’re going to protect the space needed to create it.

No pressure, no expectations.

MAKE something first. Afterwards you can make it great.

But you NEED to take that first step. The future of your business relies on it💗

Thinking you need to prepare - is thinking you’re not already ready.

I said what I said🙂‍↕️

I see so many incredible business owners who doubt themselves and the value they inherently hold within them- and part of me screams “YOU’VE GOT THIS believe in yourself!!”

I get that writing a script for your videos settles some nerves, especially when the dreaded camera comes out…

But you’re actually doing yourself and your followers a disservice by not just sitting with your heart space for a few moments (connecting ‘with source’ as I like to think of it😋) and letting your wisdom flow through you like a song.

Content creation is all about being more and more YOU.

Don’t let a camera take that away from you.
