Do you know who your business's buyer personas are?

And if so, how much do you know about them?

The term Buyer personas describes this semi-fictional portraits of your ideal customer. It includes demographic information, but it is more focused on their motivations and goals. Buyer personas attempt to describe what prospective customers are thinking and doing as they make their way through the buyer’s journey.

This can include everything from their daily job functions, challenges, and pain points, to a list of their preferred sources of information, their hobbies, and where they tend to spend their time online.

They help you focus your time on qualified prospects, guide product development to suit the needs of your target customers, and align all work across your organization (from marketing to sales to service).

As a result, you'll be able to attract high-value visitors, leads, and customers to your business who you'll be more likely to retain over time.
