We've been telling everyone Richard Stone is the best for ages.
Last night, the industry caught up. 🏆
Richard was awarded "Property Training Provider of the Year" at the Blue Bricks Magazine Blue Bricks Property Awards.
Let's tell you is what it's actually like working with Richard behind the scenes…
Us: "Richard, we need you to record this script by 7am."
Richard: "Done."
Us: "Richard, can you record 14 reels by Thursday?"
Richard: "Done."
Us: "Richard, we're going to need you on camera full of energy for 8 hours straight"
Richard: "Done."
Us: "Richard, congratulations, you're the best property trainer in the country."
Richard:.... back on site, or in the boardroom just getting on with it.
The man has the patience of a saint and the work ethic of someone who genuinely doesn't know how to coast. Every brief, every shoot and every "one more thing" is handled without drama.
He just turns up and delivers, the same way he's done it on every site he's ever stepped onto.
Which, funnily enough, is exactly why he won.
The award wasn't for flash. It was for substance, the compliance, the systems, the unsexy stuff most trainers won't touch. The bit Richard built his whole business around.
Couldn't have happened to a more deserving human.
