👋 Meet the Team: ‘Tom Thumb’

Next up in our Meet the Team series is Tom, who’s been part of the KNP team for three and a half years!

Tom works in our Finishing Department and is the man behind our Duplo booklet maker.

Being hands-on and particular about the finer details makes finishing a pretty perfect fit for Tom. Precision is a big part of the job, and for him, it’s all about making sure everything leaves KNP looking spot on for the customer.

Outside of work, you’ll find Tom attempting to perfect his golf swing, planting a ridiculous number of tomatoes, or heading to a gig - with old-school indie favourites like The Kooks and The Vaccines high on the list.

And his hidden talent? He’s pretty good at juggling 🤹

As for the nickname ‘Tom Thumb’? That one came courtesy of Dave... and apparently no further explanation was provided. 😂

The runners brought the stamina, we brought the signs! 😂👏

Charlie and his family were on cheerleading duty at Run Norwich on Sunday, joining the crowds to support more than 8,000 incredible runners taking on the city! 🏃

We’re incredibly proud to support the Community Sports Foundation with their print supplies and the fantastic work they do across our community, so it was brilliant to get out there and be part of such an amazing day.

Meet the luckiest man in print... Mike! 🍀

With over 40 years in the finishing trade, Mike brings a huge amount of experience to the KNP factory floor. In fact, before joining us three years ago, he was even involved in producing bank notes in London.

For Mike, it's all about teamwork - getting the job finished efficiently, supporting those around him, and making sure every project leaves the factory to the highest standard.

And when he's off the clock? You'll find him...

Last week, Dave joined the team at Community Sports Foundation to celebrate the renewal of our partnership for another year.

We’re proud to support the amazing work the Foundation does across our local community, and it was great to see some of our KNP-printed certificates being handed out to the Football Holiday Camp participants at The Nest ⚽️🏆
