Hey there. The weather is hot and great care should be taken towards cakes/cupcakes. This hot humid weather has been lovely but cakes absolutely hate it. A friendly reminder that I can't take no responsibility after a cake leaves my premises. Cakes leave from the fridge here, so should be good on the journey back to your destination, please use air con in the car (if you have it) and keep cake completely flat at all times. NEVER leave a cake in the car. Please store cake in the fridge and remove an hour prior to serving. Humidity WILL melt the buttercream therefore will potentially collapse the cake. Never leave a cake in sunlight.
