I am still looking for 2 more business owners to work with for 4 weeks.

You don't have to pay me or pay what you can. The reason why I am doing this is to gather information to show to other ethical conscious businesses that it is possible to grow their business ethically and profitably without burning out or falling out of love for your business.

If you're interested or have any questions comment them below or DM me.

The idea that we do is absolutely ridiculous and frustrating.

When I talk about foundations, I mean the fundamentals you need to know for your business so that you don't waste time and money in the future.

Things like:
👉 what your product really costs
👉 what your pricing is actually covering
👉 how long something truly takes to make
👉 what your current time and capacity can realistically support

When these parts are unclear, a lot of business decisions end up being made through feeling.
- A price feels reasonable.
- A workload feels manageable.
- A plan feels possible.

But when something stops working, it becomes much harder to understand why.

That is usually where the second-guessing starts. And for a lot of handmade business owners, that is also the point where they begin looking for outside help before they have enough clarity to know what kind of help actually fits.

This is one of the reasons I create calculators, books, digital questionnaires, and practical resources for small, sustainable, handmade business owners.

Not to make people dependent on more support, but to make the basics/fundamentals easier to understand first, so decisions are made from clearer information instead of guesswork.

You can measure ingredients, test formulas, solve problems, notice when something is off, adjust it, and make a product do what it is supposed to do and still sit there thinking, "maybe I'm just not good with numbers."

That feeling is more common than people realise, and it has nothing to do with you being not smart enough.

It has a lot more to do with how this kind of information was taught or not taught to be exact.

School teaches in a very rigid way. If your brain did not click with that structure, it was easy to leave thinking the problem was you. Then later, when pricing, finances, or business language starts to feel confusing, that old story comes back.

But making products already requires thinking, testing, measuring, adapting, and problem-solving. That is not someone who lacks ability. That is someone who was never given business foundations in a way that actually made sense.

That gap is part of why so many handmade business owners feel overwhelmed before they even get to the deeper business decisions.

It is also why I create practical resources for small, sustainable, handmade business owners.

Because this knowledge should be easier to access, easier to understand, and easier to use before people start spending money on support they may not even need yet.

I created these resources because help is not accessible to everyone.

Not everyone can afford a coach. Not everyone can afford to keep buying courses hoping the next one will finally be the right one. And not everyone has been given enough useful information to even know what kind of help they actually need.

That is how people end up wasting time, money, and energy on support that does not fit the real problem.

And for small, sustainable, handmade business owners, that problem is even worse.

There is not enough relevant, accessible support out there for this kind of business. Especially if you are just starting out. Especially if you have already been struggling for a while.

That is why I create calculators, tools, books, and practical resources.

To make this knowledge easier to access. To explain things in a simple way. To help you understand your business properly first.

So you are better equipped. So you can see past the nonsense.

So if you do need more support later, you can find the right help instead of buying blindly.

That is what I do 💚.

One of the digital tools I've created is a parent calculator, to help parents with young children understand just how many hours they actually have to work in a day.

Another fancy millionaire influencer has said on socials that we all have the same amount of hours to work on our business.

Which is absolutely ridiculous.

Everyone's life is different. Everyone has different challenges they are facing on a daily basis.

So my day and yours looks very different. To ensure that your business succeeds, you first need to understand just how many hours you have to focus on making products then selling them.

As long as you don't understand that, everything will always seem like a struggle.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

On the surface, it can sound generous, thoughtful, and fair to give a cheaper price.

But it depends if you're doing it because
👉 You do not want to price people out
👉 You want someone to be able to say yes.
👉 You do not want to sound greedy.
👉 You want your products to feel accessible.

But this is where things start to go wrong.
If you are trying to be affordable without fully understanding your pricing, then the cost does not disappear. It just moves.

It often moves onto you.
Into your time.
Into your pay.
Into your energy.
Into a business model that needs more output just to stay afloat.

That is why undercharging can feel kind in the moment but still keep a business in a struggling state.

A lower price may help someone buy once. But if that price is not properly supporting the business, it can create long-term pressure that makes the whole thing harder to sustain.

Affordable should not mean unsustainable.

And fairness should not stop with the customer. It has to include the person running the business too. And that is you 💚.

DM me GUILT if this feels familiar.

I work specifically with small sustainable handmade business owners. Not service-based businesses, or just any handmade business owner.

I used to run a sustainable cosmetics company, and I know what it feels like to ask for help and realise they do not actually understand your business.

I was let down by that more than once. The advice I was given did not fit. It ignored ethical sourcing, handmade production, limited capacity, and my actual capacity based on what I was actually capable of doing based on the circumstances in my life.

That is why everything I create is designed for product-based and handmade businesses. And it is incredibly important to me, the person I work with is not interested in growing their business at all cost. That is exploring people or the planet. That is why I said I don't work with just any handmade business owner.

And I am not interested in offering generic services just to make more money either. It took me three years to complete the books and code the calculators.

I want to see ethical handmade businesses thrive. Because if businesses like yours can make enough to pay yourself and keep going, that matters.

It keeps money closer to communities.
It strengthens a circular economy.
And it protects a way of doing business that cares about people and the planet.

That is who I work with and why.

I have the resources.
I have the knowledge.
And I am ready to share it.

Message me if you have any questions about how I can help you. Or if you're having a tough day with your business, send me a message. I might be able to help. You never know 💚.

I'm doing this because I am tired of seeing small handmade businesses shut down simply because they did not get the right help at the right time.

I have spent years building resources, writing practical guidance, and coding calculators to help small sustainable handmade business owners make better decisions.

I have over a decade of knowledge behind what I create. But I also know this 👇.

When you are already tired, overwhelmed, and trying to keep everything going, another call with another mentor can feel like more pressure, more noise, and more energy you do not have.

That is not what I want this to be.

I am looking for 3 handmade business owners to work with for 4 weeks, where I will provide hands-on business support.

This means I will actually step into your business with you, look at what is going on, use the tools and calculators I have built, and help you work out what is not working, what needs attention first, and what could make the business feel clearer, lighter, and more sustainable.

This is not about trying to squeeze more out of you.
This is about helping you build a business that works better for your real life, your real capacity, and your real goals.

You pay what you can.

I am doing it this way because right now this is not about money for me. It is about proof, feedback, and understanding whether this kind of support is something our ethical handmade business community truly needs.

I care deeply about strengthening local economies and fortifying our communities. But that only happens if businesses like yours are able to survive, breathe, and thrive.

So if your business feels off or harder than it needs to be, and you want someone to step in and help properly for 4 weeks, message me PILOT.

Hope to hear from you soon 💚.

I am looking to work with 3 handmade business owners who care about growing their business ethically but also profitably so you can afford to pay yourself for your hard work.

I've been trying to reach out to different organisations who supposedly suppose to be helping small businesses grow, but unfortunately the focus is not on providing help on the local businesses that care about their community and the environment.

So I am going to try and do this on my own and hopefully reach you and work with you.

What I am looking for is feedback, so I can share what is actually needed to support the small handmade business owners that are trying to do things right.

But also to see if my resources are helpful to you, to help relieve stress and hopefully bring a more positive outcome in your business.

So, if you would like for me to come and help you for 4 weeks with hands-on support please let me know.

By the end of the 4 weeks, you pay me what you can.

Please share this with any business owner that you think might benefit from it.

A lot of handmade business owners feel a kind of comfort when they see shelves full of products, packed boxes, or extra materials ready to use.

It can feel responsible. It can feel productive. It can feel like proof that you are trying and working hard for your business.

And don't get me wrong, sometimes it is.

But sometimes it is also where your money gets stuck.
That is something I think more makers need to talk about honestly.

Because in a handmade business, stock is not just stock. It is materials you paid for, packaging you bought, hours you spent making, and energy you used hoping those products would eventually sell.

If they do not move quickly enough, all of that value sits there instead of coming back into your business. That is how a business can look busy and still struggle financially.

You can be surrounded by products and still feel like there is not enough money for bills, the next batch, or your own pay.

That does not automatically mean your business is failing. But it does mean it is worth looking more closely at what is selling, what is just sitting there on the shelf, and how much cash is quietly tied up in stock.

DM me STOCK if this feels familiar. And I can help you pin point where the issue is and how to start moving your products.
