🧦 Branded Merchandise Doesn't Have to Be Boring!

When people think of branded merchandise, they often picture a plain item with a logo stuck on it. But the best merchandise goes a step further!

These custom socks we recently produced for Clearway Group UK are a great example. Instead of simply adding a logo, the design incorporates their brand colours and geometric shapes throughout the entire product, creating something that people would genuinely choose to wear.

The most effective branded merchandise isn't just handed out and forgotten. It's the kind of product people actually keep. These socks are a great addition to promotional packs, employee welcome kits or customer gifts because they're practical, wearable and memorable.

We loved creating these stylish navy socks for one of our customers, featuring their full-colour logo woven directly into the fabric. The logos are scattered all around the sock, with the company name featured in two positions for a subtle yet striking effect.

For the competitors, it's just a number but behind every number is months of early mornings, strict diets, tough training sessions and dedication to getting stage-ready.

On competition day, these numbers help judges identify each athlete throughout the scoring process, which is why we were pleased to create the custom perspex holders used to keep them organised and ready for the event.

Behind the Perspex 🧐

Following on from yesterdays post, here’s a little look into how these custom perspex badge holder trays were made.

The process starts with the perspex being cut to size, before the sections are shaped and slotted using laser cutting for a precise finish. The trays are then carefully fabricated and bonded together, creating the raised holder design you can see in the photos.
To finish them off, we digitally printed the vinyl graphic, applied it to the tray, then carried out a full inspection before everything was checked, packed and ready to go.

A clean, custom made solution that looks great and keeps everything exactly where it needs to be.

Custom Badge Trays for PCA 🏆

We recently created these bespoke Perspex number badge holders for our customer, Physical Culture Association, who run bodybuilding competitions across the country.

Each competitor wears a numbered badge during competitions, so PCA asked us to create something that would keep them neatly organised, easy to access and ready to go on show days.

The finished result is a custom Perspex tray with individual slots to hold 100 badges, complete with a vinyl graphic of PCA’s logo to add that branded finishing touch. We produced 4 trays in total, giving them a practical and professional setup for busy competition days.

We’ll be sharing more later in the week about how these were made and exactly what they’re used for, so keep an eye on our socials for the process behind this project 👀

Fresh from the Outside In ✨✨

Following on from the before and after pictures we shared earlier this week... Here’s a closer look at the finished details.

From the main signage to the door vinyl, the entrance now looks so much fresher to passers-by from the outside, while still feeling welcoming for students, parents and visitors 🤗

It’s always lovely to help another local business look the part.
