We are looking for a talented UX designer who gives a s**t about creating experiences that are captivating and easy to use for users across multiple environments.
Our super talented and collaborative team is made up of design, research, content and prototyping specialists. As a team, we focus our objectives to provide users with slicker experiences and value to businesses. As a UX designer, you will be focusing on exploring human behaviour and solving user problems. You will be leading on our UX methodologies, able to articulate your reasoning and not afraid of making your opinion heard. You will champion the quality and consistency of UX that goes out of our studio alongside our CD.
Of course, a key part of the role is delivering design output alongside the design team. From sketches to various wireframes, to user journeys and micro copy to creating visual designs but youโll also work alongside our UX Researcher to plan and facilitate our discovery workshops.
What you bring to the team:
- Related UX design experience
- Understanding of core UX principles
- 2-3 years + design experience in a professional capacity
- Ability to collect and analyse data, and understand usability metrics and KPIs
- Great project management skills
- An open and enthusiastic mindset
- Excellent conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, especially within team environments
- Confidence and ability to lead clients in UX workshops/discussions
- A continued growth mindset - always keen to learn more
- Passion to improve and promote UX design practices within the agency
- Willingness to promote the Red Bullet brand by contributing to our marketing campaigns
Bonus points if you have:
- Understanding of human-centric design principles
- Experience in user research and research design
- Experience with HTML and web development understanding
- Experience in marketing
- An interest in design outside of work

Remote working at Red Bullet:
We recently reopened our studio in Canterbury with safety measures in place for people that wish to use it, but for this role, we are open to hiring someone based in the UK who would work remotely.
