Last month, we announced our four new Councils within the agency, and since then, we’ve all been getting together in our groups for our kick-off meetings to discuss why we wanted to be involved in our chosen council and set a plan of action for Q1 goals.

Each team member has joined one council, depending on their interests and passions, to improve the business and advance our goals.

🤖 AI - maximising the use of AI tools within the agency to enhance our operations.

💻 Data & Technology - overseeing the implementation, management, and advancement of data analytics and technology tools that support our vision.

Last Friday was one of our favourite days of the year at Finally Agency - the Christmas party! 🥳 🎄

Now, we do things a little differently here - not just a traditional dinner and drinks in the evening.

Our festive celebrations last ALL day!

We start with breakfast club at the office before walking over to the Riverside Curzon where we hire out one of the cinema screens.

It’s the perfect setting for all of our team to celebrate the year, look ahead to 2025, and, of course, debut all of our department’s Christmas films.

We then spent the rest of the evening at The Pound for some well-deserved food and drink!

It truly is the perfect way to celebrate the year, the agency, and each other’s incredible achievements.

Last night, our Head of Content, Chris Haydon attended the "Food for Thought, Marketing Leaders Round Table" kindly hosted by Swwim - Social Media Agency.

We fill our team's calendars with events like this each year - it's great to get them out the office, and give them the opportunity to chat with people in both similar and different roles and industries, and share and absorb new knowledge!
