It was amazing to have been able to organise and manage an autumn event in the heart of Canterbury on behalf of Whitefriars. On Saturday the 14th between 2.30pm and 4pm we are joined by Phase Eight personal stylists who will be on hand to answer questions and to chat about all your wardrobe needs for the new season ahead. Enjoy an exclusive preview of their AW19 collections and with 20% off for the duration of the event and a special in store promotion on Saturday they’ve got you covered from everyday style to getting glam for the party season.

On Friday 13th and Saturday the 14th between 10am and 11.30am we are joined by Sarah Silsbury Stylism who is sharing her in-depth knowledge and experience in personal styling and shopping to give you the confidence to try something new, be brave with colour, add a dash of animal print or to put the power of colour-blocking into practice! *sessions are complentary.

On Friday 13th we are joined by Saskia (Body in Mind) for Vinyasa Yoga where you are invited to take time out of your busy lives to just be. In this class, you will be guided through a 50 minute Vinyasa flow, working with the body and the breath to transition between a series of postures.

All levels are welcome! Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water with you. Mats will be provided. If you have any questions about the session please do not hesitate to contact Saskia via her website www.bodyinmind.blog
