I couldn't resist breaking cover a little this weekend whilst filming for and getting in a few snaps of 's quite frankly incredible feast.
These boys know thier meat!
Pasture isn't shy of reviews/recommendations so I won't add to that. But it was a treat to witness was how much this team cares, like actually cares.
From frying chips early to dip test the curry ketchup, and how the fries would taste with a new sauce, which they proudly offered out all in the area.
Service itself was planned well, clean and quite frankly chill considering!
Once they'd served all the feasting boards, they actively sent staff to each table to see if anybody wanted more, twice. Offering uncooked food, which may have made its may home to the restaurants.
One table requested another carrot, where many restaurants may simply pop on a plate and send with the waiter, 3 chefs gathered and chose a plate, then almost pickered about the garnish to include and dressed it with full care and attention.
One table brought back some steak to be cooked more, again rather than just send the steak back out on a plate it was re-plated with fresh fries/garnish and sauces.
Every detail catered for to an impeccable standard.
