Haines Co is on the lookout for a ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ฆ๐๐๐ก๐๐ฅ!
With three operating divisions, Haines Co is a six figure agency with clients across the UK, USA, Canada and Australia, providing cutting edge campaigns for a vast array of industries.
We are a dedicated, ambitious and like-minded team of creatives, ideating client content daily with the primary focus on return on investment. We operate under four service pillars: Social - Web - Brand - Visual, and therefore stand proudly as a holistic, creative agency, that works multiplatform for each and every client.
The ideal candidate is a team player, with a love for start-ups, good music, tech (being an Apple snob isnโt necessary, although most of our team are!), and can speak with clients in a confident and welcoming manner (extensive training will be provided).
Previous experience in brand/marketing agencies is desirable but not essential. We all have to start somewhere!
What youโll be doing:
- Working with a variety of different clients from different industries (including the financial sector, hospitality, property and more)
- Designing social content for day to day output
- Conceptualising content strategies
- Building brand assets for clients
- Developing brands from scratch to finish
- Communicating with clients
The ideal candidate:
- Passionate about design and delivering creative solutions
- A well crafted portfolio of relevant work
- A team player
- A naturally sociable and outgoing person
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and InDesign)
- Conceptual thinker and have extensive knowledge about design theory
- Keen eye for detail
- Confidence in ability
Desirable but not essential:
โญ๏ธ Animation, motion graphics and/or illustration skills
โญ๏ธ Experience in talking with clients
