Walking Challenge - Week 1 Update 🚶‍♀️

One week down, and we're off to a great start!

We have walked a combined 94.1 miles in the first week of our 300-mile walking challenge for Age Connects Cardiff & the Vale! 👟

We're already nearly a third of the way to our goal, with plenty more miles to go throughout October!

We're taking on this challenge to raise £300 for Age Connects Cardiff and the Vale, supporting the brilliant work they do for older people in our local communities 💜

Today marks the start of our 300-mile walking challenge for Age Connects Cardiff & the Vale, as well as International Day of Older Persons.

To kick off the challenge, we started our first miles with Karen from Age Connects Cardiff and the Vale, who joined us for a walk to get October off to a great start!

300 Miles this October for Age Connects Cardiff & the Vale 💜

Daisy, Izzie and Jess are taking on a challenge - walking a combined 300 miles throughout the month to raise £300 for Age Connects Cardiff and the Vale.

We’ll be kicking off the challenge on 1st October, International Day of Older Persons, making it the perfect day to start raising money and awareness for a charity dedicated to supporting older people in our local communities.

That’s 300 miles in one month with one goal - to raise as much as we can for a brilliant cause. 💜

We’ll be sharing our progress throughout October, and we’d love your support along the way. Whether it’s a donation, sharing our challenge, or simply cheering us on, every bit of support will help keep those miles moving!
