Hi everyone. I just wanted to let you know that Ive started a brand-new career as a Personal Wellness Coach.

It’s so exciting, things are going really well. Actually I am calling to see if you can help me.

What I do is give people free Wellness Evaluations. The service includes a nutrition and lifestyle evaluation and a body composition analysis. We calculate body fat %, Body Mass Index and look at a person’s typical diet, we provide an education and information service about the effects of excess’s and deficiencies in someone’s diet and then offer some recommendations so they can make healthier choices.

We help people with things like energy and vitality, weight loss, good healthy lifestyle, sports nutrition and then coach people with problems such as diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, arthritis, asthma, etc
