We’re so proud to introduce Maggie’s Postcards - a project which really reminds us why we do what we do here at Printhaus. ☀️

Using the power of printmaking to support people living with cancer - starting this September, we’ll be running an 8-week printmaking programme in collaboration with Maggie’s Cardiff. But this isn’t about making for yourself - it’s about making for someone else. ❤️

Together with the workshop group we’ll be asking the question: how does it change the experience of making, knowing you’re making for someone else?
We can’t wait to meet everyone and make some new discoveries together over the coming months.

Unfortunately we couldn’t make happen this year, so we’ve brought back the summer market to fill the hole!

We have loads of makers joining us as well as more creative activities outside, think of it as a mini Printed Festival… Join us on the 6th and 7th of June, 11am-5pm.

What’s on this May at The Printhaus? 👀

Next month we are starting off with our usual studio induction, followed up by ’s Jigsaw Lino Course!

A studio classic, 4 Week Paper Screenprinting is following that up or if you fancy a more quick fire beginners course then we’ve got those too!

Making a return after receiving such positive feedback, is the 8 Weeks of Print course starting on the 12th of May.

Ending the Month off will be the last 2 heads 1 Poster workshop we’ve got planned, so this is your last chance to get involved on that one!

A quick spotlight on , who is heading off to new things this month…

It’s been a pleasure sharing the studio with Fintan over the past few years, seeing their work and skills develop!

“Printhaus allowed me to figure out what I want to do as a printmaker and pursue it, for which I am incredibly grateful.”

We’re going to miss having Fintan in the studio, but we can’t wait to see what they do next!
