Last week saw project launch day for North Bristol NHS Trust!

Our latest launch with a brand new NHS partner is a digital marketing campaign attracting clinical case managers and administrators to their transfer of care hub, aiding hospital discharge and keeping more people healthy and in their homes.

Great to hear that the team love their new Employer Branding which has been developed to showcase the connectivity of the team. Each piece comes together to create holistic, wrap-around care for service users. The aim is to work together to allow patients to receive care from the comfort of their homes.

New Starter alert 🚨

Today we welcomed Chloe to the Just R team!

Having completed a degree in Law and spending a year as a Property Administrator, Chloe was searching for a team that can help her grow while enhancing her Project Management skills. Enter, Just R!

Chloe will be undertaking our Graduate programme, experiencing a variety of areas within the business before progressing into a role in our Project Management team. We are excited to watch her get stuck in! 💪

This week, our Project Managers, Account Managers and Sales team attended the NHS ConfedExpo, one of the biggest and most significant healthcare conferences in the UK. This year held in Manchester, we exhibited alongside the likes of Google Health, The Health Foundation and Cisco, networking with health leaders and managers and starting conversations around how the NHS needs to use Employer Brand to move towards a more sustainable workforce 💥

After a few members of the team mentioned they would be interested in trying something new locally… the idea of a pottery class came about! Our CEO Rachael made it happen and booked us into an evening class with 🏺 Based in the sunny Atlas Works building, Kim talked us through slab building and we all came away with our own creations! Most importantly, we all got to experiment with something we haven’t done before and do it as a team! ⭐️

We had the pleasure of attending the opening night of the Uni of Cumbria Institure of the Arts end of year degree show on Friday, getting to see the brilliant talent from local student creatives 🎨

It was wonderful to see work from those that have joined us on work experience placements this year and get to catch up with them on their next steps after graduation! 🧑‍🎓
