We've recently helped capture some exciting social media campaigns for Paragon Veterinary Group - Pets 🐾

We enjoy working on each concept, ensuring every story is brought to life in a way that feels authentic and engaging.

💙 National Pet Month: explored key topics that matter to pet owners all year round - from weight management and dental health, to parasites and caring for puppies and kittens.
🩺 Veterinary Nursing Awareness Month: we spoke to Karen and Jasmine to shine a light on their journeys, from someone just starting their career to someone with over 30 years experience.
🐕 Confidence Clinics: showcasing Paragon’s new Confidence Clinics, designed to help pets feel more comfortable and confident with grooming, vaccinations and other treatments.

We're proud to help tell these stories and celebrate the incredible people behind the care - the everyday compassion, expertise and dedication that often happens quietly behind the scenes, but makes a lasting difference to every patient and client who walks through the door.

Introducing Brief Interludes of Grace - the latest exhibition in Intro’s pop-up by Alison Critchlow 🎨

This marks the first time Alison, who is based in Bowness-on-Solway, has exhibited in Carlisle. A professional painter for over 30 years, she trained at Falmouth School of Art and Turps Art School in London, and continues to exhibit widely across the UK. In 2024, she was shortlisted for the Contemporary British Painting Prize.

Her recent work explores the nature of time and presence - expressed through layered sequences, fragmented passages of paint, and moments that seem to flicker and shift as you spend time with them.

Brief Interludes of Grace is a thoughtful invitation to pause, reflect, and experience painting as a living, shifting moment.

A little rain was never going to stop us 🌧️

The Gather Orrest Head Walk turned into one of those evenings that reminds you why getting outside with good people is always worth it - even when the weather has other plans.

We had misty panoramic views across the lakes, spotted a rainbow, shared plenty of laughs along the way, and had the kind of conversations that make the walk fly by.

Finishing off in a cosy pub with a pizzas and pints in hand? Perfect 🍺🍕

On Friday, team Intro enjoyed a spring social to celebrate a busy and exciting couple of months 🥂

We started the evening at Crown Lane Cellar, catching up over a couple of drinks before heading to Anatolia Restaurant for some great food and the chance to unwind together outside of the office.

It’s been a big few months at Intro welcoming 3 new clients and seeing some very special campaigns come to life - including the Fibrus Rage Room, The Cumberland Community Conversations first pop up and 20 years of the Cumberland CUFC Ticket Scheme celebrations.

Lots more in the pipeline... here's to a jam-packed summer ☀️

Sally and Maddie recently headed to Ulverston to deliver an online safety event with Fibrus 🛜📱

The session was designed to help older residents feel more confident using digital services by raising awareness of common scams, online fraud and ways to protect personal information.

Intro helped support and facilitate the session through the Chatter Matters group, creating a welcoming and relaxed environment where people could ask questions and share experiences. We also handed out helpful online safety booklets and resources for attendees to take home, giving practical tips and advice they could refer back to in the future 📘

There were lots of great conversations during the session, with attendees asking thoughtful questions and sharing their own experiences of scam emails, phone calls and online safety concerns. It was fantastic to see people leave feeling more informed and confident about spotting potential scams and staying safe online 🙌
