One of the perks of the job? Spending our days filming some adorable patients ๐Ÿˆ๐Ÿถ

We're lucky to work with Paragon Veterinary Group - Pets, capturing the incredible care their teams provide every day across their practices.

Behind the cute content, we support Paragon with social media management, content creation, PR, photography and helping tell the stories that connect their practices with pet owners and local communities.

Safe to say, working days like these don't feel much like work at all โœจ

When our Tuesday morning started with an Atomic Kitten-Con performance from none other than Natasha Hamilton we knew we were in for a day of surprises, wow moments and great energy.

Nick & Amber divided and conquered, attending as many break out sessions as possible. After comparing notes, a few themes seemed to keep coming up:

๐Ÿ‘‰Focus on what you do best. Andrew & Pete's 90:10 rule was a reminder that growth often comes from doubling down on your strengths, not trying to do everything.

๐Ÿ‘‰Utilise AI but don't let it replace your human touch. From Shawn Kanungo to Ann Handley, there was a clear message: automate where it makes sense, but lean into the human value, creativity and relationships that technology can't replicate.

๐Ÿ‘‰Be brave enough to be seen. Whether it was Lara Acosta talking about positioning, Liz Mosley sharing the power of pitching yourself, Hannah Isted encouraging people to simply hit post, or Ryan Deiss encouraging us to lean into our niche.. the message was clear: visibility matters.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Create content people actually want to consume. From Martin & Lyndsay's tips for creating bingeable content to Alex Thompson's belief-bridging approach to email marketing. The takeaway? Capture attention, build familiarity & trust.

๐Ÿ‘‰Think bigger. Jamie Laing's approach to encouraging wild ideas was a great reminder that some of the best creative work starts by asking 'what if?'

Huge thanks to the Atomicon team and all the speakers for a brilliant day!

Nick had great fun taking part in Radio Cumbria's weekly quiz, with presenter Stephanie Finnon firing some tricky questions his way.

A score of 6 out of 11 was deemed 'respectable' - but do you think you could do better? ๐Ÿ‘€

Listen to the quiz on BBC Sounds (around 2hrs 11mins in) and put your knowledge to the test ๐Ÿ‘‰ https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/m002x54q

Or answer this in the comments: how many members were there in the Village People?

It's one Nick managed to get wrong as he crashed and burned in the music round... ๐ŸŽต

We had a fantastic day at the Cumberland Show at the weekend, supporting our clients Fibrus and SMS Solar ๐Ÿšœ๐Ÿ‘

There was plenty of fun to be had, from the popular Spin to Win game and sheep toss challenge at the Fibrus stand, to a bar, face painting and giant Connect 4 with the SMS team.

Team Intro were on hand throughout the day, helping with stand set-up, engaging with visitors, and supporting our clients in connecting with members of the public and showcasing their services.

It was great to meet so many people throughout the day and be part of such a brilliant local event celebrating our rural community!

Community Conversations with The Cumberland is back, and this time we're in Dumfries! ๐Ÿ›‹๏ธ

Sally headed over on Wednesday to help prepare the space, and yesterday we opened the doors! It was fantastic to see so many people stopping by to share their thoughts and ideas about what matters most to local communities and what people would like to see from The Cumberland in the future.

Community Conversations is open again tomorrow from 10am, so if you're in the area, come along, get involved and make your voice heard.

Oh, and you'll get a free coffee from Kings Coffee & Books โ˜•๏ธ

See you there โœจ

On Tuesday, Nick and Amber headed down to Holker Hall & Gardens to join our client Crosby Granger Architects at their Whole Estate Planning event in collaboration with the CLA.

Chris & Luke shared valuable insights into their holistic approach to Whole Estate Planning, centred around three key pillars: financial resilience, environmental stewardship, and community engagement. We also heard from Andy at CSX Carbon, who provided an informative overview of Biodiversity Net Gain.

After a lovely lunch we finished off with a very informative Q&A session from the panel including Phil from the Lake District National Park Authority.

It was great to be able to support the team in sharing their expert insights on Whole Estate Planning through a series of video content captured ahead of the event for use in their presentation and on social media platforms, as well as capturing the event on the day ๐ŸŽฅ

We've recently helped capture some exciting social media campaigns for Paragon Veterinary Group - Pets ๐Ÿพ

We enjoy working on each concept, ensuring every story is brought to life in a way that feels authentic and engaging.

๐Ÿ’™ National Pet Month: explored key topics that matter to pet owners all year round - from weight management and dental health, to parasites and caring for puppies and kittens.
๐Ÿฉบ Veterinary Nursing Awareness Month: we spoke to Karen and Jasmine to shine a light on their journeys, from someone just starting their career to someone with over 30 years experience.
๐Ÿ• Confidence Clinics: showcasing Paragonโ€™s new Confidence Clinics, designed to help pets feel more comfortable and confident with grooming, vaccinations and other treatments.

We're proud to help tell these stories and celebrate the incredible people behind the care - the everyday compassion, expertise and dedication that often happens quietly behind the scenes, but makes a lasting difference to every patient and client who walks through the door.

Introducing Brief Interludes of Grace - the latest exhibition in Introโ€™s pop-up by Alison Critchlow ๐ŸŽจ

This marks the first time Alison, who is based in Bowness-on-Solway, has exhibited in Carlisle. A professional painter for over 30 years, she trained at Falmouth School of Art and Turps Art School in London, and continues to exhibit widely across the UK. In 2024, she was shortlisted for the Contemporary British Painting Prize.

Her recent work explores the nature of time and presence - expressed through layered sequences, fragmented passages of paint, and moments that seem to flicker and shift as you spend time with them.

Brief Interludes of Grace is a thoughtful invitation to pause, reflect, and experience painting as a living, shifting moment.
