Hot off the press!!

As a team, we were asked to contribute a page on how we as Activist Researchers in The Barod Team conduct research, reviewing papers, and who we are as people with lived experience.

Today - we got our copies of Conducting Inclusive Research - Tools and Practical Strategies by Ariel Schwartz, who is based in the Institute on Disabilities at the University of New Hampshire.

To say that we are proud of ourselves as a team and grateful for Ariel to include in her research is an understatement to say the least.

One of the things we've learnt as a team is when you're anxious about doing a presentation - step outside for some air and take in the sights before the event as it helps take your mind off of things, especially when you look at the local architecture, statues, and hidden books and crannies!!
