It's World Mental Health Day today. I'm a bit late in posting this but I want whoever reads it to know that they are never alone. However hard it seems, it's always better to stay. However dark the days seem, they won't last.I honestly didn't believe this and there was a time a really didn't want to be here. I'm glad I still am. The girl in this picture isn't drunk, she's incredibly sad. Friends and family got me through though, hard work from myself and medication. There's different ways for everyone but please just stay. Reach out! Life's worth it I promise x
