Last night was the inaugural night of our run club*.
As you can see, it wasn’t a large group…..a few dropped out with many excuses involving missing trainers, a banana, some dogs and someone named Ross.
However, undeterred, we three warriors took to the mean streets of Lords Wood, for the first of many more energising and enjoyable exercise sessions to come.
And look at those smiley faces, it certainly made us feel better. I shall be expecting an influx of runners next week, just you wait!

August, a month of sunshine and lots of holidays but here at Zest it's also the month that just under a quarter of our team celebrate their birthdays. All the girls celebrating birthdays in their 20s and Will turning the big 30!

Apparently, August babies are confident, strong, organised and will end up in leadership roles - no wonder we love them here at Zest!

With gender identity more fluid than ever before, should we still be looking to target by gender?

Of course there are always exceptions but, with the ASA banning ads for gender stereotyping, is it time to address this at the briefing stage with clients?

What are your thoughts, do stereotypes still have a place in marketing?
