Last week definitely went small to large... Car, van and Thursday we started work on this expensive specialist piece of kit. 3rd one now, becoming a annual here we go again! 3 days in to project and progressing well, the truck is going from white to silver with striking chrome finish vinyls completely wrapping cab and overlays on the rear. Can you guess what it is yet and who it's for? More images to follow as works progress.

Everyone knows Giant Stride Graphics as a marine specialist, however grass roots we are an automotive specialist as well and I actually spend as much time working with vehicles as boats. This week is a very automotive week. After a trip to Wi******er and back to discuss a future project I slipped in a car branding for elite sailing. When delivering the vehicle back another GSG vehicle was in the carpark. Completed for network yacht brokers a while ago so obviously took advantage of the photo opportunity.

Amourette, Giant Stride Graphics brand new looking 36 year old Sunseeker offshore 28 is nearly finished. Amourette will be on display featuring plenty of cost effective and innovative solutions to revamp your boat inside and out such as: Seadek decking, 3m di-noc interior wrap finishes, macglide silicon anti-foul wrap, Avery Dennison hull wraps and more.

It's been great helping and working with Morning Star Trust with a facelift to bright star with a full digital print boat wrap. Hopefully helping to raise awareness of the great work that they do Changing young people's lives through youth work at sea!

Ammorette, the Giant Stride Graphics demo boat has run into some delays with the macglide anti-foul wrap having found a bad case of osmosis which Gillingham Marina workshops are addressing, on the plus side once the works are finished the macglide will protect her from suffering again with the issue.

In the meantime the radar arch has been repaired and awaiting the brand new avery colour to arrive in the country. Works on the head has started and close to finishing soon, with a major transformation.

The roof hatch made in 1980 was leaking around the perspex seal, the plan was to replace but after discovering a replacement hatch to fit the hole was around £800 it was decided to complete a refurb. See images below! I think looks rather tasty for a 39 year old hatch!

works completed on MDL Chatham Maritime Marina's work boat James B. She has been taken form a tired white to the MDL colours with light grey wrap, and corporate branding. The fenders still need to be bolted back on the sides which will make more sense of the curved text.

Not the best photo but there seems to be a surprising amount of growth / slime on the sea jet anti foul (bottom square). Yet the macglide is still spotless, notice how it the water runs straight off with its slippery silicone coating.

This is the Gillingham Marina Macglide test sample.

One of the points about macglide is the boat needs to be used regularly for the self clean to work reaching above 6 knots for cleaning to start. So far as this is a static test the boats not moved for over a month now and looking good!

To demonstrate what Giant Stride Graphics can offer we have acquired a little project for not a lot of money that needs a lot of cosmetic love. We have moved her from bray marina to Gillingham marina workshops. Amorette iii is in for a lot of vinyl below the water line so you can see how macglide anti foul is installed. First stop blasting and priming. Then above the waterline with a full wrap including the superstructure. Then we will be tackling the interior with our range of interior vinyl. Obviously there will be some stripe's, names and badges. Please share with you fellow boat owners to track her progress and see what happens if you watch too much blue Peter messing around with sticky back plastic. The debate is the colours and keeping that sunseeker look open to suggestions.
