As some of you may know I am moving back to Canada this summer, which means I need to clear out some things.

My second version of Ontario is a fully filled pastel collage

I'm going to be using light effect metallic for the first time ever (I'm equally terrified I'll ruin it, and excited that it's sparkly).

Does anyone have any advice for how to use this sparkly diva of thread? I've heard it's awful but it's so pretty!

Yes my Canadian home (which I'll be returning to in 5 months) is what I've been creating.

In all honesty I have felt very STUCK with embroidery lately. To the point where I've started many new projects and also given up on just as many.

My creativity seems to have stalled since the new year, so thank you to everyone who is still hanging around. ❤️

Took a step back from my disaster of a table to show you guys.

This is how my "craft space" (ahem kitchen table) looks when I'm in the middle of creating. It's a mess. But soon it'll be back to neat and tidy, just not this moment.

How to make a gallery wall in 45 seconds!

Today I decided to move all my embroidery onto one wall in my kitchen. Here's my top tips on how to make your own gallery wall:
1. Command strips - I used the Velcro command strips and cut them in half. Then stuck on a picture hanging hook (because I have a million strips but no hooks left 🙃)
2. 2. Stick the command strip together and press onto the wall. Then stick the picture hook on top.
3. 3. Arrange your art where you like and stick them up! Easy peasy
This group only took me about 15 minutes to move and put up from their old place.
