Social media marketing is not a “who is making the most noise” competition. 📢🎺🥁🎷🪗

It’s also not about getting every Tom, Dick and Harry looking at your content.

If that’s your aim, you’re missing a trick.

Good social media marketing and online brand building is about getting the *right* people looking at your content.

Your ideal audience.

Ask yourself:

💅 Who am I trying to sell to?
💅 Which platforms do they spend their time on?
💅 What kind of content do they engage with?

Once you start thinking of them as a person, instead of a crowd of faceless icons floating around the social media void - you’ll know how to talk to them.

We all knew this day was coming… But that doesn’t make it any easier. 😢

Young Billy has completed his apprenticeship at Manton, and is moving onto pastures new.

It’s been a privilege to see him grow in confidence and skill while surrounded by our chaos (maybe partially because of it!)

2 whole years of One-Sock-Bill.

🥹 We’ve waved him off for his driving lessons from the window.

🥹 Poked a lot of fun at him (don’t worry, he gives as good as he gets).

🥹 And enjoyed his relentless joy and positive attitude.

Having our first apprentice has been a roaring success! And it’s been an honour to support him in his development, real talk.

We definitely got lucky with this one, but we want to encourage other business owners to give young people a great start to their careers and an opportunity to learn through apprenticeships.

Could change both of your lives for the better!

You’ll be missed, Billy boy. Wish him luck in his new job! ⬇️
