Same charity. Same mission. A website that finally keeps up.
Community Connexions is a Gloucestershire transport charity helping vulnerable people get where they need to go — to appointments, the shops, social visits, anywhere they’d otherwise struggle to reach. With 40 years behind them and a mission that genuinely matters, they needed a site that worked as hard as the people running it.
The old site was holding them back: passengers could register without paying, bookings couldn’t be taken online, and the whole thing was dense and hard to navigate.
The new one is clear, warm and built around how people actually use it — door-to-door transport, bus routes and group bookings front and centre, registration that works, and a tone that reflects the care behind the service.

This is one of those projects I’m really very proud of. My dear mum is 90, and benefits from services like these offered by this wonderful charity — so I kept coming back to one question throughout: how do I make this clearer and easier for the people who actually rely on it?
