The progress in 12 weeks with Paul is crazy, ACL surgery so we have worked on fitness,power and strengthening up his legs ready for the new football season to contend with all the younger generations & i must say its worked, Paul is feeling fitter, stronger, happier, the buzz he has around the gym now and on football training days really has hit home with himself and me.
Concistancy, hard work and having a plan in place to follow is what you need in order to smash your goals no matter how big they are.....
Planning and small steps is the way forward and keep working hard, we all have bad days but its those bad days you get through which makes the good days even better.......
Well done mate and cant wait to see what the next 12 weeks may bring us 💪
