End of an era!

Join us in wishing our Executive Creative Director and Founding Father - Adrian Crane a very happy and well-earned retirement!

Through the ups and downs of 29 years of agency life Adrian has steered the F3 ship - creating a fun and vibrant place to work. He’s tackled the most challenging creative briefs head on and come up with ingenious solutions to some seemingly impossible conundrums.

But it’s not all about the work 🍷🍔⚽️🚗🍰🍹- from wine and restaurant recommendations, car and football chat, delicious cake, fun nights out, right through to hosting our amazing summer parties – there’ll be an AC-sized hole in the agency 😭😭😭 - but your legacy lives on.
