The psychology of choice: We explored how personality, social proof, and social context influence our decisions, perfectly illustrated through the lens of buying running shoes.
Consumer concepts: We learned how language and hundreds of other psychological traits have a significant bearing on the choices we make.
Steve Manser’s insight: It was a joy to see Steve bring the power of emotional context and labelling to life through ‘magic marketing’ in action.
