🚲 Seven years of pedalling to work and now I’ve added electric power! 🚀

Thanks to the brilliant advice from Dom Williams Cycles Cheltenham, I’ve picked up my new hybrid electric bike and I’m already enjoying riding it.

This was made possible thanks to Isobel and Cheltenham Zero grant programme, funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

Cycling for work isn’t new for me, I’ve been doing it for seven years, but this electric boost means I can travel further, get to places faster and arrive a little less windswept (sweaty!). My Pendleton is past it.

It’s a great way to keep making more journeys by bike instead of car or bus.

I'm grateful for this initiative to support my passion of pedal power towards a greener future.🌍

Some exciting news to share ✨

I’ve stepped into a new part time role as Head of Marketing & Events, with the brilliant Cheltenham Business Improvement District team.🎉

Importantly, Marketing Inspiration is still very much open for business.

This new role builds on my last 6 months with Cheltenham BID as Business Engagement Consultant, whilst I supported the new BID zone extension and ballot. (82% YES vote).

I'll now be applying my spark and inspiration to their events and marketing strategy and delivery.⚡

I’m incredibly proud to say I work at Cheltenham BID, alongside a terrific team, supporting local peoples' businesses, within my home town. Thank you to CEO Francesca Inman for her trust and opportunity.

In 2026 I’m going to ‘be more me’. 🤩 😆

I’m going to dial ‘me’ up (not down). Surround myself with pleasant and positive people. Maximise all opportunities that arise. And enjoy working on meaningful projects.

In 2025 I experienced lots of change in myself and my career. I made the bold move to set up my own business, which opened up exciting new doors and amazing relationships.👏 I’m so pleased I did it and feel brand new.

Everything happens for a reason. Listen to your gut and follow your heart! 👍
