Do you have a sales team?

If so, how many times do your sales team attempt to get hold of a prospect before throwing in the towel?

Having carried out our own research, we can confirm on average, a lead/prospect is contacted a maximum of two times... that's right TWICE!

Considering the average amount of contacts to connect/close a sale is 7, I'd say there's so much potential to service a ton of new clients with what you already have in place... Even before running ads (assuming you have a database)

Our advice, do an audit on your sales process and find ways to connect more with your leads... Here are a few ways...

Before you start outreach and cold emailing campaigns, you really want to warm up your new email address first so you get the best chance to land in their inbox rather than spam.

You can do this by using software or chatting to friends over emails. But we recommend getting an email warming tool like Lemlist or Warmup Inbox.

Make sure you use a different email address to your main one as you want to keep your email addresses in good health.

It’s no secret that the world has/is going digital, fast.

And being a digital agency ourselves, of course, we promote the power of this phenomenal tool.

Although harder to track metrics, that doesn’t mean traditional marketing doesn’t have its place.

We have a client that utilises traditional methods to drive customers to their digital assets… and it works well.

So, if you’re still successfully using traditional and getting results, keep squeezing that juice.
Our only advice, make sure there’s a strategy in place for digital marketing too because there’s an abundance of opportunity to scale using this method.
