VOWS // Words Worth Holding
There’s something quietly powerful about holding your vows in your hands.

Handmade paper booklet covers, foil stamped on the front, create a subtle shine against the softly textured stock. Inside, each vow was written by hand in calligraphy across three pages, though they can be as long or short as needed, or left blank for you to write in yourself.

Designed to feel like part of the day rather than something separate, the tones and textures echoed the wider styling so they sat beautifully within the ceremony setting.

If you’re writing your own vows, they deserve more than a folded piece of paper pulled from a pocket.

Something to read in the moment.
Something to hold onto long after.

TABLE NUMBERS // Quietly Intentional

Not every detail needs to shout.

These frosted acrylic table numbers feature my own bespoke calligraphy, die cut into a clean, modern silhouette. Designed to sit softly within the tablescape, they blend effortlessly with florals and candlelight while still holding their place with clarity and elegance.

Mounted on clear acrylic bases to maintain that barely-there illusion, they feel light, modern and considered. The numbers lift easily from the base for styling and placement, while remaining secure once set. For a warmer finish, they can also be paired with wooden bases to introduce gentle contrast.

Styled here in two very different settings, proving that understated design adapts beautifully.

When table numbers guide without distracting, simplicity becomes the statement.

SAVE THE DATE 🪩 // Disco, but Make It Luxe

Not your average save the date. A little burst of colour for the grid today.
Bold. Bright. Unapologetically fun. ✨

For this couple, the brief was simple: set the tone early. So we leaned all the way into colour, movement and a little disco energy.

A hot pink base paired with silver holographic foil creates a light-catching finish that shifts and shimmers with every turn. The circular format echoes the disco ball itself, with flowing calligraphy taking centre stage. The finer details sit in a clean block typeface around the edge, forming a structured border that gives the design room to breathe, and space for the important bits too.

If you’ve ever wondered how hot foil works…
The artwork is made into a custom brass die, mounted onto my heat press and stamped into the cardstock with foil in between, by hand, one at a time. The discarded holographic foil might be my favourite part, catching every colour in the light. And yes, both the foil and paper can be recycled.

Save the dates that don’t whisper. They dance.

Currently working on the invitation suite for this one and very ready to continue the party. 💖

DESIGNED TO BELONG // Es**rt Cards, Elevated

For this beautiful summer wedding, es**rt cards were created to sit seamlessly within the overall feel of the day.

Olive green calligraphy was paired with printed table names to complement the patterned green linen and layered palette. A matching green tassel added movement and texture, giving each piece a soft, tactile finish.

Set against an incredible floral display, the es**rt cards felt layered, romantic and thoughtfully cohesive, proof that even the smallest details can quietly tie everything together.

Guests were seated across four long banquet tables named Port, Starboard, Bow and Stern — a gentle nautical thread woven through the celebration.

HELLO AGAIN // The Face Behind the Paper

It feels slightly strange writing this, but it’s been a long time since I properly introduced myself on here.
So… hi. I’m Kat 👋🏼
The person behind the calligraphy, the shiny foil, the layered paper stacks and the slightly obsessive ribbon tying.
I design and create wedding stationery for couples who love thoughtful details - pieces that feel tactile, romantic and a little bit different. From invitation suites to statement table plans, I’m happiest when everything flows beautifully from start to finish.
When I’m not surrounded by paper and ink, you’ll usually find me running. The first photo was taken at the in October 2024, and the second a year later at my first marathon in Slovenia (where my mum’s from)… which also explains why I couldn’t make that same wedding fair that year! Planning miles and planning wedding stationery might seem worlds apart, but both require patience, creativity, and a love of the process. This year I’m taking on London… for a very special cause 💚
If you’re new here, welcome.
If you’ve been following along for years, thank you. It truly means the world.
And if you’re curious about the running and planning side of life, it lives over at

SOFT & STRIKING // A Modern Menu Moment

Created to complement the layered acrylic table plan from spring tasting event, these menus and place cards were all about contrast ~ balancing softness with a bold edge.

Each menu booklet paired a dusky pink cover with creamy, recycled flecked inner pages, printed with a calligraphy-led layout that let the food do the talking. And if you’ve ever had the pleasure of dining at Farbridge, you’ll know just how good that is.

A soft pink chiffon ribbon wrapped around the cover, with a white dried flower stem and a black name tag tied in place, complete with a whisper of pink-toned calligraphy. A simple yet striking way to add a tactile finish and a touch of drama to each setting, while tying back to the bold black elements used across the signage.

MIRROR MOMENT // Reflecting the Romance at Farbridge

Soft drapes, warm tones, and golden hour light filtering through the beams — this dreamy, ethereal setting at was the perfect backdrop for a statement mirror table plan.

Created for one of last year’s tasting events, the large gold-framed mirror reflected the gently draped ceiling, wicker basket lighting, and all the romantic details of the space. The arch shape helped keep the overall look soft while still standing out, with gold vinyl lettering echoing the tones used throughout the venue styling.

A smaller sign in a matching gold frame and clear glass brought a playful ‘Pop, Fizz, Clink’ moment to the drinks station — tying in with the main signage and adding a little extra cohesion throughout the venue.

The gorgeous mirror has now gone to live with the fab — ready to be hired for your own statement table plan. To make it your own with bespoke vinyl lettering, just drop me a message. I’d love to bring your ideas to life!

LAYERS & DETAILS // A Textured Take on Tradition

Originally created for a beach elopement shoot at Birling Gap, this ‘We Eloped’ card was designed to share the news with guests and invite them to a future celebration, but it’s also the perfect format for a more traditional save the date.

The mist-toned cardstock was subtly foiled and layered onto textured, handmade paper. Finished with a dried flower sprig, coordinating wax seal and golden thread, it was paired with a deep yellow envelope for a warm, joyful feel.

The invitation suite continued the relaxed, personal tone. Tall, narrow cards (including a rich rust details insert) were tucked into a matching wallet and wrapped in the same wax seal and dried flower detailing – this time with a rich rust thread to tie everything together.

Both pieces signed off in a warm, informal way – “Love, Ben & Kate x” – keeping the whole suite feeling effortless and sincere.

The celebration was marked for the 1st August on the stationery, so it felt like the perfect day to bring this design to the grid.

COLOUR POPS // A Place Setting Moment

For this autumn tasting event at , I created shaped menus with a soft half-arch design, gold foil detailing and coordinating wraparound calligraphy place cards.

Each guest’s name was paired with a pop of colour — alternating between coral, golden yellow and deep burgundy to complement the warm floral palette. These colour variations can simply add a playful touch, or be used practically to indicate different meal choices.

The place cards were secured with a wax thread in the same soft taupe as the menus, adding an elegant, tactile finish. The reverse of each card can also feature extra details like a couple’s monogram or wedding date — a lovely blend of practical and personal.

And yes… the table plan for the event is just as elegantly colourful. Which I’ll share soon! 👀

PRETTY IN BLUE // sea glass & calligraphy

A bold burst of blue and a beautiful alternative to traditional place cards — these sea glass pieces were finished with white calligraphy for a clean, modern contrast.

They added a playful pop of colour and a personal touch to each setting, with the potential to double as a keepsake for guests to take home if you’re looking for something lasting and thoughtful.

Paired with beautiful embroidered floral napkins from .brice, the mix of textures brought depth and detail to this romantic barn setting — proof that even the smallest pieces can really elevate the overall look.

FIND YOUR SEAT // bold structure, soft blooms & floating details

Created for the Farbridge Tasting Event earlier this year – this table plan played with contrast in all the right ways. Black metal plinths from gave the structure, filled with dreamy florals by and paired with layered acrylic panels and crisp white vinyl lettering.

A perfect mix of modern and romantic – letting the flowers shine through while adding a little edge with the black detailing. And to carry that same look through to the table styling, clear acrylic table numbers with black vinyl lettering kept the centrepieces visible while echoing the clean, layered feel of the table plan.

These tasting events by are always a joy to be part of – a beautiful chance for couples to experience the venue in full bloom (and full flavour!).
